CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION

September 21, 2021 MEETING: As a measure to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of meeting participants, as well as members of the public interested in attending the meeting, the September 21 Meeting will proceed utilizing remote collaboration technology for meeting participants, with the public able to listen through the live stream and contribute public comments via e-mail.

Attorneys and others scheduled to participate in the meeting will receive participation instructions directly from the Commission by no later than September 17. If you are a meeting participant and you do not receive instructions by September 17, please contact the Commission at 609-441-3799 and leave a detailed message.

Public comment will be accepted via email to public.comments@ccc.state.nj.us beginning at 10:30 AM on September 21 and ending at the time and date of meeting adjournment.
