September 21, 2021 MEETING: As a measure to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and safety of meeting participants, as well as members of the public interested in attending the meeting, the September 21 Meeting was conducted utilizing remote collaboration technology for meeting participants, with the public able to listen through the live stream and contribute public comments via e-mail.
