The New Jersey Casino Control Commission is responsible for the licensing of Atlantic City casinos and all of their key employees. If you are interested in obtaining a license to own and/or operate a casino, please visit our Casino License page for information about the necessary license applications. If you are interested in obtaining a Casino Key Employee license, please download the Personal History Disclosure Form 1B from our Employee Licensing site. Casino Key Employee licenses do not expire, but every five years holders must file a Casino Key Employee License Review Application which is also available on our Employee Licensing site.
