Count II: Possession of a Cheating Device, 5:12-114(c), 18 months, $25,000, Fourth Degree Offense

On 8/23/82 defendant entered a retraxit plea of guilty to Count I. Count II dismissed on motion of the State. On 8/24/82 defendant was fined a $1,000 on the above charge plus an additional fine of $25. Fine was paid at that time.

On 3/3/83 at 2118 hours, Judith Sasser (along with Sharon K. Richey) was arrested by Inv. Charles Bergman at the Sands Casino for cheating at slots (yo yo). The S.P. case number is H37-82-201.
